1. Is there free parking? Yes, one free off-street parking spot for each room.
2. What time is breakfast served? Normally at 9:00 am, but we can be flexible depending on your needs.
3. Will I have my own bathroom? Yes, every suite at the Old Louisville Fleur de Lis Bed and Breakfast has a private bathroom.
4. Is smoking allowed? Due to the historic nature of our building, and for the safety and comfort of all our guests, smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
5. What credit cards are accepted? We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
6. What is the cancellation policy? There is a minimum $25 per room cancellation fee for single reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date will forfeit 1 night's stay. Reservations for special events such as Thunder Over Louisville, The Kentucky Derby, Saint James Art Fair, Bourbon & Beyond and Louder Than Life are non-refundable.
7. What are check-in and check out times? Check in is from 3-6 pm Eastern Time. If you need a late check-in, please call us 502-715-0150 in advance so we can arrange for your arrival. Check out is 11am Eastern Time.
8. Are discounts available? The B&B offers a 10% discount for AAA and AARP with proof of current membership (excluding Derby, St. James Art Show and special packages). Veterans and active-duty military will receive a 10% discount with a valid military ID. Only one discount can be used at a time.
9. Do you have a hair dryer and other toiletries in the room? Yes, each room has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. In your private bathroom, you will have soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath gel and comfy bathrobes.
10. Can you purchase alcoholic beverages? The Old Louisville Fleur de Lis B&B does not hold a license to resell alcoholic beverages. Guests may bring their own spirits, and glasses, a corkscrew and ice are conveniently available.
11. Are pets allowed? No pets allowed, please.
12. Children above 14 years of age are welcome.
