The Old Louisville Fleur de Lis Bed & Breakfast built in 1897 is a three-story mansion in the national historic district. Enjoy rooms with furnishings from around the world and renovated en-suite bathrooms. From Southern hospitality to a gourmet breakfast, we want your stay to be a memorable experience. For your convenience, guests can use off-street parking and the commercial elevator that includes ground-level entry. For your enjoyment, the B&B is located near Churchill Downs, Museum Row and the Urban Bourbon Trail. 

RESERVATIONS AND POLICIES:

Please contact us if you have questions about the Old Louisville Fleur de Lis B&B, your reservation or special requests.  No PETS allowed please. Children above 14 years of age are welcome. Smoking permitted in outdoor areas only. Due to the historic nature of our building, and for the safety and comfort of all our guests, we do not allow candle, incense and fireworks burning in any of our guest rooms.  

Cancellation Policy: 

(Exceptions are Derby, The St. James Art Show, and Special Packages.  Please inquire for details.) 14 days in advance of confirmed reservation for full refund.  Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date will forfeit 1 night's stay.  Due to our small size, cancellations impact us significantly.  A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room.  For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

Check In: 

Check in is from 3-6 pm EST.  If you need a late check-in, please call us 502-715-0150 in advance so we can arrange for your arrival.

Check Out:

Check out is 11am EST.  Keys must be returned at checkout or there is a $50 lost key charge. 

Discounts:

The B&B also offers a 10% discount for AAA and AARP with proof of current membership (excluding Derby, St. James Art Show and special packages). Veterans and active duty military will receive a 10% discount with a valid military ID. Only one discount can be used at a time. 

Smoking: 

No smoking except outdoors in designated areas. (A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for anyone smoking inside. No exceptions!)

Alcoholic Beverages: 

The Old Louisville Fleur de Lis B&B does not hold a license to resell alcoholic beverages. Guests may bring their own spirits and glasses and ice are conveniently available. 

Parking:

One standard size off-street parking space per guest room is available; as well as, street parking.
